These terms govern the use of amphicytol.top and services provided by Amphicytol AS (org.nr. 923 456 789), Thorvald Meyers gate 47, 0555 Oslo, Norway.
Services & Quotations
All prices are quoted in NOK inclusive of 25% MVA unless stated otherwise. Written quotations are valid for 30 days. Work begins upon signed agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 40% for projects over 10 000 NOK).
Payment Terms
Consultation fees (890 NOK) are due at booking. Design fees are due upon delivery of the design document. Installation balances are due upon completion. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance. Late payments incur 8.5% annual interest per Norwegian law.
Cancellation
Consultations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Design work cancellations after concept approval incur a fee of 50% of the design package price. Installation cancellations after materials are ordered require payment for materials plus 25% of labour costs.
Warranty
Plants installed by Amphicytol carry a 90-day establishment guarantee provided recommended care is followed. Hardscape materials and containers are covered by manufacturer warranties. Structural work is guaranteed for 2 years.
Liability
Amphicytol holds ansvarsforsikring up to 5 000 000 NOK. We are not liable for plant loss due to extreme weather events, building management interference, or client neglect. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the contract.
Intellectual Property
Design documents remain the property of Amphicytol until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use designs for their terrace only.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
