Our turnkey packages start at 4 900 NOK for a small balcony and go up to 34 900 NOK for large rooftop projects. A typical 10 m² terrace with design, plants, and installation costs around 12 000–16 000 NOK.

Do I need permission from my borettslag?

Most housing cooperatives in Oslo require written approval for external modifications. We prepare documentation and submit applications on your behalf as part of our design service.

What is the best time to start a terrace project?

We recommend booking consultations in February–March for spring installation (April–May). Autumn installations (September) are also popular for establishing perennials before winter.

Can you work on north-facing balconies?

Yes. Shade-loving plants like hostas, ferns, hellebores, and certain hydrangeas thrive on north-facing Oslo terraces. We assess light conditions during the site consultation.

Do you offer warranties on plants?

All plants come with a 90-day establishment guarantee when installed by our team. If a plant fails despite proper care, we replace it at no charge.

How do you handle winter?

We offer winter storage for frost-sensitive plants (from 1 800 NOK/season) and design four-season gardens with evergreens and winter-interest plants that look good year-round.

Is the consultation fee refundable?

The 890 NOK consultation fee is credited in full toward any design package over 3 900 NOK if you proceed within 30 days.
